For this reason, based on a study published by J. White and D. Munns, I decided to build a tool that takes all of that guesswork off your hands.

Why I Made It
After decades of chasing the perfect crust, I wanted a way to capture all the complex variables—temperature, hydration, flour strength—into a single, reliable calculation. I built Pizza Calculator PRO to be the companion I wish I’d had when I started.
